The Position
Conducting research and analysing trends, you’ll help craft impressive creative strategies, working them from concept through to briefing and execution.

Thorough and concise, you’ll take briefs and really get to the heart of them by researching design and consumer trends, assessing insights and writing in-depth reports that translate your findings.

You’ll define goals and plot project direction, making the most of your expert communication and people skills to build successful relationships with both the team and clients, understanding the objectives, audiences and ambitions of each project you work on.

What We’re Looking For
A Creative Strategist who is always thinking about the bigger picture.

Confident in your abilities, you’re someone who can work efficiently within a team but also run projects and workshops independently when necessary.

Proactive and curious, you go out of your way to learn new skills and develop your ideas – keeping up to date with all the latest news and current trends to successfully inform your research and findings.

We’re after a solid creative background, with some agency or strategy experience, but most importantly we’re looking for great instincts, a keen eye for detail and someone that’s absolutely ready to get stuck in and hands-on!
