The Position
Bringing strategy to life, you’ll run workshops, plan sessions and support on pitches – making the most of your expertise to get right to the heart of each client’s brief.
Excited by big creative ideas, you’ll have a good understanding of both offline and online channels, ready to develop integrated campaigns across a variety of channels and touchpoints.
Well-versed with a range of research methodologies, you’ll distil complex challenges into clear strategic recommendations and insights, bringing true perspective to every challenge that comes your way.
There’s plenty of autonomy in this role, so you’ll collaborate with different teams as well as build out your own strategy team, knowing exactly how to inspire and excite those around you.
What We’re Looking For
A real people person who excels at building relationships with internal and external teams alike. You’ll have at least three years of experience working on campaigns, in a creative agency setting.
Strategically adept, you’re someone who brings plenty of ideas to the table – you’ll have a great set of communication, collaboration and analytical skills that you successfully combine with your ambition and talent.
Passionate about the creative process, and fully immersed in the design industry, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of the latest cultural trends, using this insight to add real value to your work.
