The Position

Distilling complex challenges into clear strategic recommendations and insights, you’ll bring true perspective to every challenge that comes your way
Always thinking of the bigger picture but never missing the smaller details, you’ll be eager to take on new responsibilities and you’ll get right to the heart of each client’s brief.
You’ll make the most of your ability to hold a room’s attention when you lead workshops, and pitch and present ideas to clients, always speaking concisely and confidently to bring clarity and inspiration to those around you.
What We’re Looking For
Motivated, solutions-oriented and ready to apply strategic thinking to every decision, you’re a real people person who excels at building relationships with internal and external teams alike.
You’ll have a solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys, particularly the digital touchpoints and we want to know all about your analytical skills, plus your ability to distil large amounts of information into key insights.
Passionate about the creative process, you’ll have a great set of communication and collaboration skills. We’re after someone who is constantly bringing new ideas to the table by thinking outside of the box at all times. Lastly, any experience with UX/website planning would be a real bonus, too!
