The Position
Tapping into your expertise and owning your role, you’ll work to define what the agency stands for, and what they go after too, quickly becoming an inspiring presence for the team.
You’ll work hard to produce strategic solutions that are specifically tailored to each individual brand, speaking with clients directly to take in the bigger picture and utilizing your creativity to get right to the heart of each challenge.
With empathy and understanding at your core, you’ll connect and engage with people but know how to approach conflict too – always looking to build, lead and grow strong and genuine working relationships.
What We’re Looking For
A proactive approach and a motivated mindset, we’re after an Associate Strategy Director who prides themselves on their unmatched head for all things strategy.
The ability to connect and engage with people and their challenges is a must here, as is solid brand exposure – we want to hear all about your work on CPG, drinks and packaging projects. You’ll have plenty of client-facing, innovation and research experience, and be able to talk us through all of your strategic successes.
They’re all hands on deck here, so if you’ve got an entrepreneurial spirit, and are based in New York so you can nip to the office when necessary, this might just be the job for you!
