The Position
Collaborating with the internal creative teams, you’ll define clear communications and activation objectives, dissect briefs, build out creative processes, and guide projects from initial concept through to completion, staying ahead of the curve along the way. 

Analytical in your approach, you’ll make the most of your research savvy to anticipate trends and generate insights, constantly developing your already expert industry knowledge to drive new offerings for the business.

Working as a senior member of the team, you’ll take the lead and run workshops, lending a helping hand where necessary and quickly becoming an integral part of the studio.

What We’re Looking For
A leader and a thinker, with a successful brand and design background as well as plenty of FMCG exposure. You’ll be reliable, intelligent and independent, the sort who knows exactly how to blend keen strategic awareness with a forward-thinking mentality.

You’re confident in your ability to look at the bigger picture, by understanding and relating to people and their challenges. You’ll get the importance of nurturing relationships with clients and team members alike, and have a real knack for clearly and effectively communicating ideas and briefs to all parties.

We want to hear all about how you transform complexity into clarity – you’ll have between 5-7 years of strategy experience under your belt already, so you’ll be ready to deep-dive into strategic projects to deliver some show-stopping results!
