The Position
Looking to elevate the agency’s already impressive output by utilising your outside-of-the-box thinking, creativity and versatility, you’ll get right to the heart of each project that comes your way.
Shaping the strategic direction of the agency by utilising your incredible ability to read between the lines, you’ll take the lead on a number of exciting projects and motivate those around you to develop and finesse their skills and craft.
Naturally inquisitive and a real team player, you’ll collaborate with the teams around you to win business and pitches, showing true ownership when it comes to holding the client’s attention.
What We’re Looking For
An experienced and articulate Senior Strategy Director who is curious in both style and approach and is more than confident in their strategic ability, presenting style and expert insights.
It’s important that you’re passionate about consumer behaviour, a sharp thinker who looks at the bigger picture and the relationships between people, culture, brands and meaning.
A successful background working on consumer branding projects is really key, so you’ll talk us through all of your relevant brand and packaging experience. Any work with drinks or personal care would be a real bonus here, too!
Most importantly, you’ll be an open-minded leader with an unmatched head for strategy and a strong set of interpersonal skills.
