The Position
Forming part of the global strategy leadership team for the agency and taking the lead on the strategic function of the New York office, you’ll look to grow the offerings from the ground up.
You’ll curate, realize and frame brand strategies with real expertise, and you’ll present them in a compelling and well-considered way, delivering a clear vision for each client’s journey to greatness.
You’ll work in a collaborative and proactive manner, looking to encourage and nurture the team around you, and you’ll definitely strive to evolve ways of working and thinking. You’ll always be on the lookout for ways to improve and develop not only the work being crafted, but the culture that crafts it, too.
What We’re Looking For
A hands-on leader, you’ll work in a collaborative and proactive way to take ownership of your role and to help improve the studio too. You’ll be a big thinker, ready to make your mark and produce work that most people could only dream of!
