The Position
Delivering work that’s always rooted in sound strategic thinking, you’ll adopt a 360 approach, utilising your creativity and versatility to realise ideas that are as seamless as they are standout.

Collaborating with the internal creative teams, you’ll define clear communications and activation objectives, build out briefs and creative processes, and guide projects from initial concept through to completion, staying ahead of the curve along the way. 

You’ll make the most of your research savvy to anticipate trends and generate insights, constantly developing your already expert industry knowledge to drive new offerings for the business.

Working as a senior member of the team, you’ll take the lead and run workshops, lending a helping hand where necessary and quickly becoming an integral part of the studio.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a natural storyteller and a collaborative worker, who knows exactly how to blend keen strategic awareness with a forward-thinking mentality.

Coming from an integrated background, you’ll talk us through your strategic experience working in a communications or activations agency, ideally with a focus on FMCG brands, and we definitely want to hear all about your project successes and client wins.

You’ll have a stellar set of people skills, able to understand and relate to individuals and their challenges. You’re the type who is always looking at the bigger picture, confident in their ability and ready to take the next step in their strategic journey!
