The Position
Hand-crafting engaging communications for a variety of exciting clients, you’ll work your magic to develop and deliver inspiring internal communications campaigns, strategies and projects.
All about insight, you’ll dig deep into briefs to identify content themes, propose formats and deliver outputs that suit each client’s individual needs. You’ll create communications plans, calendars and channels, segmenting them by audience groups and ensuring you can excel across digital, print and in-person too.
An integral part of the brand experience, you’ll work with the team around you to bring compelling narratives to life by writing clear and concise briefs, supporting client presentations and internal messaging, and researching skillfully to ensure the best results are being consistently delivered.
What We’re Looking For
Resourceful and motivated, we’re after a Communications Planner who has a keen eye for detail and an impressive set of creative copywriting skills, paired with strong editing and proofreading skills.
You’ll be able to speak with confidence about your in-house or agency internal communications experience, as well as your unmatched understanding of internal communications channels.
A curious and strategic mind that’s suited for research and insights is key! You’ll be someone who can build a full picture of a brand to make informed decisions, prioritising effectively and working collaboratively along the way.
Although mostly focused on internal communications, there is scope for this role to grow to cover external communications and PR, so any experience with either of these would be a real bonus here too!
