The Position
Playing a crucial role in the studio, you’ll unveil both opportunities and challenges within each of your clients, taking the time to dive deep into insights, trends and findings to set the benchmark for projects.
You’ll work your strategic magic by plotting project direction, defining goals and weighing up potential approaches to deliver solutions that are both creative and impactful.
Social and solutions-focused, you’ll tap into your exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build long-lasting relationships by conveying ideas, research and findings with ease and clarity, to clients and colleagues alike.
What We’re Looking For
A confident team player, you’ll be an insights-led Social Strategist who takes a culture-first approach to working.
You not only have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, but you know how to utilise this knowledge to your advantage. We want you to talk us through your success within the world of social – we’re looking for a minimum of 2 years in a similar agency environment, paired with experience across a variety of channels, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
With your stellar people skills, inquisitive nature and great team spirit, you’ll be someone who steps outside of the box, always looking at the bigger picture to ensure the best results are being crafted.
