The Position
Collaborative, confident and intelligent, you’ll tap into your expertise to produce strategically focused solutions that are specifically tailored to each client and their needs.
You’ll be all about big ideas – committed to thinking outside of the box and taking in the bigger picture, to utilise your creativity and versatility and get right to the heart of the challenge – drawing the lines between concepts and transforming them into something tangible.
A natural leader with plenty of gravitas, you’ll always look to build, lead and grow strong and genuine working relationships. You’ll lead by example, motivating and supporting those around you, working on fast-paced briefs with ease and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
A proactive and motivated individual who prides themselves on their unmatched head for all things strategy.
A solid background in strategy is a must here – as is the ability to connect and engage with people and their challenges. You’ll have solid design and brand exposure, and we want to hear all about your work across packaging and FMCG projects. Tobacco experience would be a really big bonus here, too.
Your written and verbal communication skills will be second-to-none and you’ll be confident in your big ideas and ability to grow opportunities out – committed to causing some real impact in the industry.
