Teaming up with this independent creative agency, you’ll be leading the
charge across a strategic retail experience project.
Bringing to the table a consultative approach, you’ll be assessing and improving customer touch points within a retail environment, ensuring that visitors have a memorable and engaging experience.
This project is currently in the scoping phase but we’re looking to get conversations started as soon as possible so that when the project gets the green light, we’re ready to go!

What We’re Looking For
We want to speak to Senior-level Freelance Retail Strategists/Consultants who have experience delivering across the below:
– Conducting a site audit focusing on all aspects of the customer journey
– Analysing touchpoints like signage, car parks, entrances, welfare facilities, and interior design
– Evaluating the brand communication, culture, interactions, and operational infrastructure
– Providing a report with recommendations for improvements
– Identifying quick wins and immediate opportunities for improving the customer experience
– Participating in workshops for discussion and feedback
– Working with CGI artists to develop proposed design solutions
You’ll be confident in your approach to problems, asking the right questions to deliver top-tier strategic thinking. Ideally, you’ll have predominantly an agency-based background, leading the charge on projects for a mix of clients and brands.
London-based is ideal as there will be some onsite work, and it’s important you’re open to travelling too, as there will be occasional visits to the client based in the Midlands.
