The Position
Leading brand projects to completion, you’ll help to define goals and plot project direction, making the most of your fantastic people skills and sound strategic thinking to build successful relationships and really get to the heart of problems.

Understanding and appreciating the power of research, you’ll play a crucial role in unveiling your client’s challenges and opportunities by deep-diving into customer insights and findings.

As a senior member of the team, those around you will look to you for direction, so you’ll know exactly how to translate and communicate your ideas effectively, as well as encourage creative thinking and good practice.

What We’re Looking For
A switched-on Brand Strategist who is always ten steps ahead of the rest! 

This is a very client-facing role, it’s important that you’re adaptable, approachable and solutions-focused – confident in your ability to present your strategic plans for a variety of clients, all the way up to C-suite level.

We’re after someone who has experience building brands, plus a solid understanding of the full design and brand processes. You’ll have worked in a creative and/or strategic agency before, and you’re definitely ready to talk us through examples of when you’ve really exceeded expectations and delivered some truly first-class results.
