The Position
Confident in your ability to deliver work that’s always rooted in sound strategic thinking, you’ll adopt a 360 approach, utilising your creativity and versatility to realise ideas that are as seamless as they are standout.
You’ll focus on team development here, a natural coach who will quickly become an inspiring and motivating presence for your team, and you’ll look to grow the business by taking a real lead on the strategy division, guiding more junior members along the way.
You’ll take projects from initial concepts straight through to completion, pushing your own output to new levels and maintaining the agency’s gold standard at every step of the journey!
What We’re Looking For
A natural leader with plenty of gravitas, an eye for detail and a collaborative and switched-on approach to working.
You’ll have a stellar set of people skills, able to understand and relate to individuals and their challenges, and keen strategic awareness too – you’re someone who can step outside of the box and look at the bigger picture, committed to delivering the best results possible.
We’re after a Strategy Lead with some excellent mentorship experience and a successful track record within a design agency. You’ll have strong exposure to a great variety of projects and industries that range from brand positioning and architecture to shopper and packaging projects up your sleeve, so you’ll be ready to hit the ground running here!
