The Position
You’ll think outside of the box, utilising your creativity and versatility to get right to the heart of the challenge.
Leading client deliverables and agency initiatives with skill, you’ll help to shape the strategic direction of the agency, holding research conversations with clients, evaluating data, analysis and insights, and delivering clear and coherent debriefs.
An engaging communicator and presenter, you know how to effectively connect with people, always looking to build strong and genuine relationships. You’ll work hard to connect with your team, looking to understand the people around you and happy to muck in – a mentor who is always ready with a helping hand.
What We’re Looking For
An experienced and articulate Associate Strategy Director, someone who is both pragmatic and imaginative.
It’s important that you’re comfortable pitching and converting new clients, as well as developing and owning existing relationships. You’ll be a sharp thinker who looks at the bigger picture and the relationships between people, culture, brands and meaning.
Experience across proposal writing and reviewing is key, as is experience developing frameworks and facilitating workshops. Most importantly, you’ll be an open-minded individual with an unmatched head for strategy and a strong set of interpersonal skills!
