The Position
Tapping into your expertise, you’ll work hard to produce strategically-focused solutions specifically tailored to your clients and their brands.
With your finger on the pulse of the latest trends, you’ll lead in a collaborative and supportive manner, working with the wider team to bring brands to life. You’ll make the most of your strategic mindset to really get to the heart of problems, helping to define goals and offer efficient solutions.
As an expert communicator, you’ll coordinate and manage your team successfully by building strong and lasting relationships, as well as pitching and presenting ideas, research and findings with confidence, and persuasion when necessary!
What We’re Looking For
An inspiring and motivated individual who prides themselves on their unmatched head for all things strategy and culture.
You have the ability to connect and engage with people and their challenges, open-minded and ready to get stuck into whatever the day brings.
Most importantly, you’ll have a background working in the design world, particularly across luxury alcohol and drinks projects, with some exciting FMCG experience in there too. You’ll be able to talk us through all of your strategic successes as well as the challenges you have overcome.
We’re open to experience levels with this one, so if you’re a Senior Strategist looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you just as much as any Strategy Directors looking to make a move.
