Joining this futures-research and innovation agency that specialises in design, colour and material innovation, you’ll be helping global brands and organisations to stay connected, relevant and inspired. Working at the intersections of sociocultural shifts, technological advancement and environmental change, this agency creates meaningful strategic insight for its clients across the UK, EU and US.
As a Freelance Innovation Strategist, you’ll partner with the team to ideate, shape and deliver innovation frameworks and strategic programmes for client brands. You’ll work across research, strategic planning, insight generation, trend forecasting, opportunity mapping, frameworks and activation roadmaps.
Day-to-day, you’ll drive primary and secondary research into emerging trends (societal, technological, environmental) and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders, always looking to uncover new growth opportunities, future-proof brand directions and translate insights into actionable innovation initiatives..

What We’re Looking For
We want to speak to EU-based Freelance, Senior-level Strategists with a deep commitment to sustainability and future-conscious design.
You’ll know exactly how to take the lead to drive innovation briefs and projects forward, developing innovation strategy projects from concept to delivery, collaborating successfully with the teams around you and clients too.
You’re someone who stays up to date on developments in materials, colour, design, sustainability and cultural change, and you know how to utilise this knowledge to support the translation of strategy into tangible deliverables, including concept sketches, storyboards, pilot programmes, product/experience innovation briefs and more.
