With an end goal of ensuring maximum success for the agency’s clients, you’ll play a central role in establishing their challenges, identifying opportunities and plotting project direction to ensure optimum brand building and engagement. Inquisitive by nature, you’ll relish the opportunity to solve problems, taking into consideration all possible avenues to deliver truly exceptional solutions for your clients.
A fantastic communicator, you’ll build strong and lasting relationships, easily conveying ideas, research and findings both internally and externally. Just as strong when it comes to putting pen to paper (more likely in the digital sense these days) you’ll be a great writer and have no issues creating pitches, briefs and reports.
Focusing on FMCG brands (although you’ll occasionally work within other areas too) it’ll be second nature to immerse yourself in industry trends, utilising this insight and your own expertise within this sector to really understand your clients’ challenges and build-out projects of work that can really elevate their brands to the next level.
What We’re Looking For
An expert brand strategist with great instincts and a wealth of experience when it comes to building FMCG brands from scratch.
You’ll understand the importance of nurturing relationships with clients and team members alike, and have a real knack for clearly and effectively communicating ideas and briefs to all parties, both verbally and in writing.
A true strategist, you’ll be naturally inquisitive and love to really get to know your clients’ brands; taking the time to understand their needs and ambitions in order to provide solutions to their challenges. You’ll love what you do and be passionate about staying up to date with industry trends and news to deliver an up-to-date, tailored service for your clients.
