Predominantly working on the business’ key account, a Tobacco manufacturer, you’ll play a vital role in growing and developing client relationships, really understanding their needs and challenges and helping to unify the team to deliver work that goes above and beyond expectations.
As an ambassador for the client, you’ll maintain an overview across all workstreams, making recommendations where needed and keeping on top of projects and financials. You’ll have excellent commercial awareness and be comfortable offering strategic advice from the word ‘go’.
What We’re Looking For?
A confident and enthusiastic Account Director with a proven track record of growing corporate accounts and forming second-to-none client relationships.
Possessing a keen organisational streak, you’ll have no problem maintaining oversight of all work streams and keeping on track of project progress.
You’ll be an exceptional communicator, comfortable conveying information and briefs to the wider team and making sure all parties are aligned to deliver the best work possible for your clients.
Although you’ll work on some other corporate accounts, 80% of your time will be spent looking after the agency’s largest client, a Tobacco manufacturer. Experience working on a tobacco account is highly preferable, otherwise, you will need similar/transferable experience and will be comfortable working in this sector.
