Making the most of your fantastic relationship-building skills, you’ll become your client’s ambassador within the agency; understanding the ins and outs of their brand and its challenges to effectively distil information and brief the wider team.
Keeping on top of project progress across all touchpoints, you’ll work from top to bottom on this retail account - taking responsibility for everything from assessing brand strategies to managing rollout. You’ll ensure work is delivered on time and to budget, maintaining clear and consistent lines of communication with your clients and colleagues throughout.
Always up to date with the latest market trends, you’ll know what’s going on in the marketing, brand and creative worlds, and be comfortable thinking strategically - sharing insights, contributing ideas, and offering solutions to help deliver work that goes above and beyond client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
An adaptable and enthusiastic Account Manager/Senior Account Manager with an agency background, stellar organisational skills, and boatloads of passion.
You’ll be a fluent Italian speaker, ready to get stuck into client briefs and meetings and have a real talent for building strong and valued relationships - knowing how to effectively communicate with everyone you work with to produce the best results possible.
You’ll be working on an FMCG retail account so experience in this area is preferable. If you’ve worked with any corporate and/or digital clients, we’d love to hear about that too.
