This digital agency truly cares about their people and their customers. They help their clients revolutionise their digital operations and they empower their staff to learn, develop and succeed.
If you’re a digital project manager who’s constantly curious and looking to progress, this is the job you’ve been looking for.
You’ll get a minimum 12 days a year for learning and professional development. And you’ll get to share in the success of the agency, with an ambitious 3 year growth plan and a share option scheme on offer to everyone!
It’s about your journey and it’s about your client’s journey.
They’re on a mission to revolutionise professional services, and that’s reflected in all the work they do. They specialise in digital transformation - and so they’re fully embedded in their clients' businesses. These are long term relationships - it’s about enjoying the journey, not necessarily about getting to a destination.
The discovery stage is a big part of their process. You’ll facilitate workshops to uncover priorities, opportunities and to plan projects. The whole team attends workshops - there’s a shared responsibility for the success of projects, but you’re the one that makes things happen!
They transform businesses, so they don’t solely work in one sector, or area of tech. But one thing all projects have in common is a focus on human centric design, usually resulting in a complex suite of products - website, app, crm.
