The Position
You’ll support the Traffic Manager on mid-long term planning, and work closely with the team of producers, editors and social media managers with an attitude that is both collaborative and confident. 

Working on the weekly schedules for various creative projects, you’ll create coherent approaches – scheduling the workloads according to priorities and staff availability, identifying how processes can be defined or improved, communicating deadlines and pinning down any potential blockers.

You’ll manage the demands of key stakeholders, assist in overseeing asset delivery, and take ownership of supporting documentation and content creation logistics.

What We’re Looking For
We want a keen problem-solver, someone who is an expert when it comes to timelines and spreadsheets and more than able to keep people in check!

Solution-focused, you stay cool under pressure and work with a flexible and proactive attitude and you know how to collaborate effectively. 

You’ll have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, and a thorough understanding of digital production processes, workflows, tools and methodologies. 

You take it upon yourself to learn quickly, curious about new technologies and solutions. Any studio background would be a plus, but as long as you’re a clear communicator who thinks quickly on your feet, then we want to hear from you!
