Taking the lead when it comes to the planning and production of brand films, you’ll oversee studio projects, guaranteeing budgets and deadlines are met with ease and ensuring outcomes are consistent and impressive.
Day-to-day, you’ll develop and manage detailed project schedules, roadmaps and work plans; implementing new systems and processes where necessary to aid the studio workflow.
A natural problem solver, you’ll measure project performances to identify areas for improvement, always on the lookout for any challenges and opportunities that may present themselves.
Working closely with internal teams and managing freelancers, both on shoot and in pre/post-production, you’ll be a positive and motivating presence, leading by example and inspiring great practice all around.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a highly creative Head of Production, someone who is ambitious and solutions-focused, fully capable of creating successes big and small!
You’ll be an outstanding leader, someone who prides themselves on their leadership, management and communication skills and a true multitasker too. You’ll be flexible in your approach, happy to present ideas to clients and ready to adapt methods as and when the situation calls for it.
