The Position
Day-to-day you’ll manage creative and adaptive accounts for an exciting variety of high-profile brands, working your magic on projects that range from packaging to point-of-sale to activation campaigns.
Making the most of your exceptional organisational and communication skills, you’ll build successful relationships with clients as well as internal teams, taking the lead to drive projects from initial concepts through to end delivery.
By managing and mentoring the members of your team, you’ll ensure everyone is united in their collaborative approach to work – you’ll own some key accounts but you’ll simultaneously be ready to lend a helping hand when necessary.

Inquisitive, resourceful and solution-orientated, you’ll be someone who leads by example, encouraging and inspiring everyone around you to perform to the best of their ability.
Packaging and FMCG experience is essential for this role, as is a solid background working in a creative agency environment. It’s important that you’re comfortable with a client-facing role and confident in your ability to make the right decisions for everyone involved.
