The Position
Organisation is key here, so you’ll ensure it’s a tightly run ship! You’ll be hands-on and flexible in your approach, ready to get stuck into whatever tasks the day might bring, expertly balancing the management of your clients and your team at the same time.
You’ll unpick client needs and translate them into briefs that help convey their goals and ambitions to the wider team, confidently overseeing, growing and leading projects to completion.
Working on various projects within a range of exciting industries, you’ll work across strategy workshops to print and digital magazines, from branding and events to the production of animations, films and campaigns.
You’ll know exactly how to adapt your communication and organisation skills to suit different clients, requests and projects, and you’ll relish the opportunity to thrive in this social and supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
A confident Senior Client Manager, who combines a positive attitude with a ‘can-do’ approach to working.
Concise when communicating, you’ll go above and beyond to impress clients and colleagues – you’ll be proactive at using your high standards of quality and attention to detail to ensure excellence every single time.
It’s key that you can multitask, seamlessly managing workloads to ensure deadlines and briefs are being met – we’re after someone who can deliver some impressive work that really knocks people’s socks off!
