The Position
Ensuring the smooth and successful running of projects, you’ll be across every moving part – managing daily logistics, tracking timelines and budgets and utilising key tools with expert precision.
A confident communicator, you’ll liaise between internal teams, external parties and leadership to manage project progress; finding yourself in your element when talking to clients, collaborators and coworkers alike to enable creative success.
It’s important that you can multitask, seamlessly managing workloads to ensure deadlines and briefs are being met – you’ll get ahead of problems and find solutions that benefit both your clients and the agency simultaneously.

Proactive, organised and a real go-getter – you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and your management skills are second to none!
A real team player, you’ll be someone who knows how to build and nurture trusting relationships, and you combine this with your keen eye for detail to ensure you never miss a trick.
We’re open to hearing from Project Managers and Senior-level Project Managers for this role. The most important thing is that you’ve worked in an agency environment before – this could be in media, advertising, or ideally creative brand design – and that you have solid experience working with clients directly.
