The Position
Becoming the essential link between your clients and the agency, you’ll take real ownership within this role, by growing and developing ideas and actively forging strong relationships with clients, always on the lookout for development and referral opportunities.
A master plate-spinner, you’ll keep on top of project deliverables and client relationships with equal attention. A flexible team player with finely tuned emotional intelligence, you’ll manage with efficiency and skill, quickly becoming a strong and valued addition to the team.
You’ll work with expertise and confidence, collaborating effectively and communicating in a way that embodies the agency’s values and sets an example for junior members of the team too.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after a Senior Client Manager who is naturally confident with great, motivational energy – someone who will bring a real spark to the team.
Our ideal candidate will have between 4-6 years of solid experience working in a brand design agency – we’re after someone who truly understands the inner workings of a creative agency.
You’ll have a proficient knowledge of the day-to-day digital platforms and tools, plus a keen interest in emerging technologies that could enhance your role and the agency’s offerings, too. An understanding of the packaging design process would be a real advantage, too.
