The Position
Taking the lead on one of their major tobacco accounts, you’ll work with ease and confidence. You’ll look to challenge and interrogate briefs, taking the time to truly understand your clients and their needs, and looking to provide solutions that go above and beyond expectations.
Commercially astute with a creative and strategic mindset, you’ll maintain an overview of all your workstreams, staying up to date with your account’s progress, deadlines, targets and budgets.
Proactive and ready to inspire, you’ll manage and develop those around you, supporting the more junior members of the team to push themselves and the agency towards great things.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an approachable and highly organised Senior Account Director who has a strong background in client services. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years as an Account Director under their belt already, with experience working their magic across branding, FMCG and tobacco projects.
Great communication skills are key here, so you’ll be more than happy to talk us through your journey so far, including the global strategic work you’ve led, and the successful teams you’ve managed.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to tackle challenges head on. If you’re the type who leaves no rock unturned, we absolutely want to speak with you!
