The Position
This is an exciting opportunity to develop the agency’s offering and grow client revenue, so you’ll take the lead on the growth and direction of the studio!
Drawing on your knowledge of trends, developments and new technology, you’ll forge new business relationships and progress existing opportunities – confident dealing with the complexities of working with different creative disciplines, channels, platforms and mixes.
Your work style is collaborative, so you’re always looking to solve issues for the good of the team and the agency as a whole. You’ll ensure the seamless transition of new business wins, improve workflows, lead by example, stay adaptable and be ready to make critical decisions.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after an emotionally intelligent and socially aware Business Lead, someone who prides themselves on their ability to build strong relationships and lead teams to success.
You’ll tell us all about your proven track record within the client service world, so you’ll talk us through how you’ve managed large clients and accounts, plus your deep understanding of social. Expert communication skills are key here, as you’ll take the lead on business pitches, responsible for ensuring complex ideas are coherent and understood.
Most importantly, you’ll be a natural collaborator with a positive mindset and the ability to keep on top of everything to ensure expectations are exceeded!
