The Position
Working across multiple accounts and projects, you’ll spend your time ensuring the potential of each client is always met! You’ll work hard to recognise and help convert new business development opportunities while effectively sustaining long-term relationships with current business partners.
You’ll make sound decisions, recommendations and plans to ensure each deliverable is on point and on brief, making the most out of your keen eye for detail and slick presentation skills.
Managing budgets, preparing proposals and always staying organised, you’ll take responsibility for seeking out innovative strategies to hit company revenue and profit targets, becoming a guardian of the agency’s creative, strategic and financial output.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an energetic and responsible Senior Account Manager with 3-4 years of experience in brand marketing, working on some key retail and FMCG projects.
Confident and calm, you’ll be an inspiring and supportive presence for those around you, helping to lead junior members of the team to work productively and proactively – you’ll know how to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike, utilising your exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Our ideal candidate will be a commercially creative thinker, ready and motivated to tackle challenges head-on to achieve the best results possible!
