The Position
Taking the lead on a brand new account, you’ll work with curiosity, clarity and impact. You’ll spend your time crafting and executing standout business plans, whilst simultaneously supporting, championing and embodying the values of the agency.
Managing your team expertly, you’ll utilise your top-notch communication skills to concisely distil information, present ideas, and articulate constructive feedback, forming great working relationships all around.
A real driving force for the company’s vision, you’ll roll up your sleeves and always keep an eye out for the next opportunity to implement best practices for relationship building, sales and project management.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after the perfect blend of a strong consultative sales approach, a commercial mindset, a creative attitude plus an unmatched set of analytical skills.
Our ideal candidate will have a background working on national or global FMCG projects, plus plenty of team management and new business pitching up their sleeve. Any social or influencer campaign experience would be even better!
As an experienced and inspiring leader, you’ll be absolutely ready to nurture talent and help those around you to grow and succeed – caring about what you do and knowing how to inspire the same in others is your forté!
