The Position
Passionate and proactive, you’ll work hard to identify and understand each opportunity that comes your way – you’ll dig deep into a project, looking to fully understand the client’s needs and challenges.
Looking to strengthen client relationships at the highest level, you’ll be a confident and concise communicator who can deliver impactful presentations, liaising with those around you to connect ideas and solve problems.
You’ll lead briefs, manage budgets and execute plans effectively, always thinking things through to assess the best route to take. You’ll help the team to make effective decisions by communicating your vision coherently, setting achievable targets and responding to feedback accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
A real leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, you’re someone who takes ownership and accountability of their work and has a real knack for tackling challenges head-on.
With your proven track record of building and sustaining trusted and highly-valued client relationships, we want to hear examples of projects you’ve successfully pushed forward, where you’ve been the driving force from beginning to end.
You’ll have a solid background in a similar creative environment, with excellent brand, pack and FMCG knowledge. If you’re someone with a commercial drive and strong leadership skills, we definitely want to chat!
