Day-to-day, you will:
– Inspire and influence both your team and clients
– Use strategic skills to understand clients’ needs
– Steer and direct client relationships to drive momentum on projects and account goals
– Manage intricate stakeholder relationships internally and externally
– Ensure rigorous project tracking and management through communication channels, documentation and project management tools
– Manage agency finance end-to-end, from creating detailed scopes of work to managing client expectations across delivery and internal reporting – including revenue recognition, budget forecasting and reporting

What We’re Looking For
We want to speak to dynamic, confident and passionate Senior Account Managers or Account Directors who are all about a social focus!
You’ll have experience managing complex, large-scale accounts across a
variety of industries, plus you’ll have some really impressive top-tier agency experience up your sleeve.
You’ll be looking to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in – this is a collaborative role and studio where internal teams are constantly working together to deliver best-in-class work.
Ideally, you will be London-based and open to working onsite 2-3 days per week, specifically spending your Wednesdays on-site.
