The Position
You’ll work with precision, foresight and adaptability to drive projects forward, supporting the team around you, enhancing the creative process and maintaining a bird’s eye view of each of your projects.
You’ll spend your time developing comprehensive roadmaps, covering each stage of the process from initial briefing to final delivery, and proactively identifying challenges, gaps and opportunities along the way.
With your fresh perspective and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll work your magic across complex ideas, financials, timelines and strategies. You’ll juggle multiple projects at once with ease, and you’ll make sure your meticulous planning and agile execution are the keys to success!
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can seamlessly blend high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
It’s important that you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative projects in a design studio or agency setting, we want to hear all about your understanding of branding and design processes, as well as how you balance bigger-picture thinking whilst never missing a trick or compromising on great work.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills are key here too! You’ll need to be someone who can build trust and foster open communication with those around you, both internally and externally. You’ll be an inspiring and integral part of the team, someone who can inspire and mentor junior members and a real advocate for best practices.
