The Position
You’ll prioritize your client’s success, which will fuel business growth, and there is a particular focus on doing this in the North American market where they are present but not established – so this is a real opportunity to make your mark!
You’ll oversee design projects from concept to delivery, taking the time to truly understand your clients and their needs and deciding on best practices. There are elements of business development in the role but with a real bias toward growing and developing existing clients and opportunities.
Confident in your team and their work, you’ll present ideas to clients with passion and tenacity, utilizing your inherent forward-thinking to connect ideas, challenge feedback, and solve briefs.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can supercharge this agency, a resilient, driven individual.
You’ll have solid experience working with exciting and global packaging and FMCG clients (we’re talking brands like Unilever, Carlsberg, P&G, Mars, KraftHeinz, etc.), and you’ll be able to talk us through the successes and challenges you faced with each of them.
A big part of this role is to help expand the US market, so an in-depth understanding of the North American market would be a huge advantage here.
