The Position
Coordinating the agency’s responses to briefs, you’ll narrate each project’s story to clients in a language that they understand – helping to inspire and feed creative excellence for all parties.
You’ll be a pro when it comes to communicating well and developing relationships, with your team, clients, partners and suppliers alike. You’ll manage each project with ease, creating cost estimates and tracking revenue for each project, ensuring everyone has access to the relevant information and each task is accounted for.
The sort of person who follows processes to a T and digs deep into the details to solve problems along the way, you’ll utilise your genuine passion for marketing by staying up to date with the latest and greatest trends in the industry, really making the most out of your curious nature.
What We’re Looking For
Talented and inquisitive, you’ll be a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager who is constantly questioning and genuinely interested, full of bright ideas and the know-how to make them a reality.
Shopper experience is the key to this role, so you’ll be someone who understands the ins and outs of digital campaigns, microsights, AR and FMCG too. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency environment, with plenty of creative project management experience and a strong set of organisational skills.
We’re really keen to find someone who has the ability to provide gold-standard client management, you’ll really care about your clients and your shoppers alike, motivated to go that extra mile to understand why they do what they do.
