The Position
In your element when you’re working directly with clients, you’ll be someone who can walk into a room ready to wow! A strong communicator with plenty of charisma, you’ll be able to hold your own in conversation with key stakeholders, ready to solve challenges as and when they arise.
It’s important that you are able to spot, grow, and execute opportunities with your accounts, guide the outcome, and provide support to each and every one of your contacts, both internally and externally.
With plenty of expertise and experience, you’ll be a reliable mentor to the more junior members of the team, inspiring them to push themselves and the agency towards great things.
What We’re Looking For
A proactive Account Director who can lead from the front, you’ll have the perfect blend of a ‘can-do’ attitude and forward-thinking mindset.
We’re after someone with strong interpersonal skills and the know-how to keep projects on track, committed to delivering results that stand out.
You’ll have key experience within a creative agency up your sleeve already which will have you ready to hit the ground running with this role. If you’re positive and motivated and most importantly, ready for the next step in your journey, we want to hear from you.
