The Position
Building successful relationships with clients is your bread and butter, so you’ll speak with confidence, looking to dig deep and understand their challenges, nuances and opportunities, driving the conversations forward and ensuring no rock is left unturned.
A real expert when it comes to multitasking and decision-making, you’ll steer multiple projects at a time, confident in your ability to control the narrative and guarantee excellence across the board.
It’s important that you’re culturally connected, someone who explores trends and stays up to date with the latest and greatest, ready to utilise your curious mindset and ambitious nature by looking to challenge yourself with each account and exceed expectations along the way.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after an autonomous and hard-working Account Manager who will thrive in this open, honest and collaborative environment, you’ll be particularly skilled when it comes to conducting each project with efficiency, paired perfectly with between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role meaning you can well and truly hit the ground running here.
With a keen eye for detail and the ability to switch between projects and briefs without missing a trick, you’ll work with a 360 approach to unearth the best solutions for your clients and the agency alike.
You’ll bring a tonne of energy to your work and want to get involved with all the team has to offer. They’re a friendly and supportive bunch, so personality will get you a long way here!
