The Position
Working effectively with the wider team, you’ll play a leading role in overseeing projects from concept to delivery; taking the time to truly understand your clients and their needs, you’ll articulate best practices for project planning.
Digging deep to track the growth of each account, you’ll be hands-on in your approach to business development, analyzing and researching and always looking at the bigger picture. You’ll work hard to evolve existing relationships as well as identify, develop and convert new opportunities for the agency.
Confident in your team and their work, you’ll present ideas to clients with passion and tenacity, striking the perfect balance between guiding the team to project completion and keeping the client informed of progress and utilizing your inherent forward-thinking to connect ideas, challenge feedback, and solve briefs.
What We’re Looking For
Curious, creative and adaptable, you’re a talented Senior Account Manager who has worked on creative campaigns and brand design projects, with plenty of experience managing a team up your sleeve!
You’ll be confident in your ability to lead from the front and inspire, with a strong set of organizational and communication skills meaning you can build relationships from the ground up.
