The Position
Collaborating closely with the teams around you, you’ll dedicate your solutions-focused mindset to not only growing and building client relationships, but also developing the team around you! You’ll manage with ease and efficiency, looking to carefully craft a motivated and cohesive working environment.
You’ll supervise every aspect of project development, delivery and execution, taking each account from start to finish and ensuring your beady eye for detail hones in on each step of the journey, including budget building, project resourcing, brief writing and presentation building.
It’s important that you uphold the agency’s already stellar reputation, so you’ll work hard to ensure all output is of the highest quality, building the agency around you to be as successful as possible by playing an important part in the strategic development and execution.

With plenty of experience in a creative agency, you’ll be someone who has plenty of tricks up your sleeve when it comes to CPG clients and working across brand experience, experiential marketing, events and brand activations.
Proven managerial skills paired with an excellent client management ability are key here. You’re someone who has a brilliant track record of maintaining strong relationships with clients, and you are a pro when it comes to ensuring financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.
