The Position
Playing a central role in the building and development of accounts, you’ll utilise your inherent forward-thinking to connect ideas, challenge briefs, and solve problems.

Excellent communication skills are key here, you’ll strike the perfect balance between guiding the team to project completion and keeping the client informed of progress, consistently making the most of your rigorous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Commercially astute with a creative and strategic mindset, you’ll maintain an overview of all workstreams and keep up to date with progress, deadlines, targets and budgets. Passionate about building strong relationships, you’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves and support the studio as needed.

What We’re Looking For
An approachable and highly organised Account Manager with an enthusiastic nature and a drive for excellence – you’ll bring a tonne of energy to your work and want to get involved with all the team has to offer.

We need someone with experience in a design studio who has a solid understanding of the creative space and commercial opportunities, combined with a keen interest in marketing. Any B2B experience under your belt? Even better!

You’ll talk us through impressive projects that you’ve played a part in, showing us that you know exactly how to achieve maximum success by staying on top of the finer details, but always keeping the bigger picture in mind – the type of person who never misses a trick. 

The perfect culture fit is really important here, and with their second creative hub based in Bedfordshire, this opportunity is best suited for someone who is open to travelling to this office at least once a month.
