The Position
Defining and delivering performance goals, overseeing campaign setup and optimisation, forecasting spend, performance and budgets, managing relationships with key vendors and partners and working closely with analytics and insight teams to measure, report, learn, and iterate is all in a day’s work!
You’ll be the paid media expert for the team around you, influencing strategy, collaborating widely and ensuring best practice in campaign planning, execution, optimisation, measurement and reporting. You’ll lead, own and scale the whole paid media function, ensuring every decision contributes to both the agency’s growth and the client’s performance targets.
You’ll manage, mentor and expand your team of media specialists too, looking to have an innovative team around you that all work with ambition and drive, tying together strategy, creativity, content and communications to ensure the best results possible.
What We’re Looking For
A strategic thinker with an execution mindset, you’ll be someone who knows exactly how to stay ahead of industry changes and champion ideas for improvement, development and growth.
You’ll be a strong leader with plenty of gravitas, someone who can strike the perfect balance between inspiring and motivating, as well as holding people to account when needed. You’ll be a seasoned pro when it comes to paid media and performance marketing, with some real hands-on experience across Google Ads (search, shopping, display), programmatic and DSPs, display advertising and much more!
We’d love to hear all about your proven travel record of delivering growth for clients using paid media, so you’ll talk us through your experience improving efficiency, scaling impact and leading teams. Lastly, if you have an understanding of B2B or B2C performance drivers under your belt, too, even better!
