The Position
As a Design Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of exciting projects, steering them from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll keep a sharp eye on timelines, budgets, and outputs, ensuring every moving part runs smoothly while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
From scheduling workshops and documenting actions to managing handovers and navigating complex time zones, you’ll thrive on keeping things clear, structured, and on track. Creative by nature and organised by instinct, you’ll help shape retail experiences that audiences truly see and feel.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Design Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience who thrives on complexity and enjoys being hands-on. You’ll lead projects from concept through to market delivery, coordinating global teams across the US and UK.
A solid understanding of the creative process is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You’ll communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, and navigate complex timelines, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a proactive mindset – spotting challenges before they become problems and finding smart solutions that work for everyone involved.
