The Position
Getting well and truly stuck into projects, you’ll work with precision to plan content and content structure that enhances the user experience on digital platforms, as well as create compelling copy for websites, social media, marketing emails and other digital platforms – really focussing on CRO, clarity, accessibility and user engagement.

Goal-oriented with a data-driven approach, you’ll analyse content performance metrics and use insights to your advantage when creating content strategy and optimisation. You’ll plan and implement content strategies that align with the business goals, including identifying target audiences, building message frameworks, choosing appropriate content types and setting content guidelines.

Confident and articulate, you’ll successfully present and pitch work internally and externally – always ready to share feedback and lend a helping hand to make your mark on the agency’s already top-tier output. 

What We’re Looking For
Proactive and organised with a positive attitude, you’ll be a motivated Digital Content Designer who can show initiative and take true ownership of your work. 

It’s important that you understand the digital content world and have experience working in a creative agency environment, working your way through a broad and exciting range of clients. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing user-focused and accessible content across various platforms. 

We’re looking for a pro when it comes to copywriting and editing too, so show us your exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills – we’re talking great attention to tone, clarity and brand guidelines – and you’ll be onto a winner with this one! And any SEO experience would be a real added bonus, just so you know!
