We’re looking for a Design Recruiter to join the Craft team.
Location: Remote/work from anywhere, with regular travel to our Manchester hub
Salary: £25,000 to 35,000 + uncapped commission

The job – Design Recruiter
You successfully manage end-to-end recruitment projects, delivering excellence for clients and results for Craft.
To excel as a Recruiter at Craft you’ll employ these attributes in abundance to get the job done:
– building meaningful, long-term relationships with your clients
– confidently attracting and developing candidates, able to harness the power of your candidate pool
– unearth opportunities and take action, backed up with top negotiation and sales management skills
– confident, commercial and effective in managing your own time, prioritising your workload effectively
– understanding the value of, and actively embracing, good working practises
We’re looking for Recruiters and Senior Recruiters who can help take us to the next level. You’ll be working solely on permanent recruitment projects, specialising in one of our key verticals; Graphic Design, Digital Design & Motion Graphics or Client Services & Management
You’re driven, friendly and self-motivated with a commercial mindset and a strong track record in recruitment. Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, creative or digital would be interesting, though this isn’t essential.
