The Position
Proactive and hands-on, you’ll take ownership of projects by crafting innovative concepts for briefs and being the driving force to push these ideas forward, guaranteeing exceptional work.
Utilising your key communication skills, you’ll collaborate efficiently and effectively with your team, freelancers and external resources alike. Balancing design and management, you enjoy both sides of this role – from crafting stories and responding to feedback, to mentoring more junior members and ensuring timely delivery.
A confident client liaison, you’ll build strong relationships, trusted to translate client needs into great ideas that are beautifully executed.
What We’re Looking For
A Senior Designer who combines Adobe know-how with strategic thinking, and a deep, intuitive understanding of brands – delivering work that hits the mark every single time!
A natural team leader, you’re absolutely in your element when directing, mentoring and inspiring – all at the same time.
With at least 6 years of experience under your belt, your portfolio will be full to the brim with incredible examples of your FMCG, beauty and spirits work.
If you have excellent visual and verbal communication skills plus a high-level understanding of art direction and visualisation, then we definitely want to hear from you.
