The Position
Driven and motivated, you’ll play a vital role in the studio, a hands-on presence that helps to inspire, coach and mentor the wider design team, as well as ensure the smooth running of projects by ensuring briefs, budgets and deadlines are hit with ease!
You’ll be just as ready to get stuck in yourself, so you’ll split your time between designing and directing, lending your conceptual eye to a variety of alcohol-based projects and briefs and spotting opportunities and challenges along the way.
Confident when dealing with internal and external parties in equal measure, you’ll utilise your top-notch communication skills to concisely distil information, present ideas, and articulate constructive feedback, forming great working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

A Design Director with a real entrepreneurial spirit, we want someone who will become a true driving force for the company’s vision to grow – you’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves, generate ideas and deliver some truly impressive work.
We’re looking for a portfolio that highlights your multidisciplinary skillset, with an emphasis on packaging, as well as your strong ideas and conception. If you have any experience in the alcohol industry, be sure to include examples of this work!
