The Position
Working your magic across all aspects of the design process, you’ll be a champion of big ideas and bold thinking – bringing creative flair and a clear rationale to every project you work on.
You’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft – able to comfortably brief and lead projects, proactively offer creative input and knowledge, present ideas to clients and ensure deadlines are met.
Always ready to lend a helping hand, you’ll mentor your fellow designers and collaborate successfully with external clients too – looking to build and maintain effective relationships with everyone who crosses your path.

You’re absolutely someone who immerses themselves in creative culture, using your up-to-date insights on the latest trends to inform everything you work on – keeping your thoughts and ideas fresh and innovative.
We want to be impressed by your portfolio, so showcase your ability to articulate ideas in different formats, and your experience when it comes to the beauty space. We want to see plenty of commercial and editorial content, so be sure to include examples of TV ads, digital, social, moving and print.
