The Position
This role is an excellent opportunity to really take hold of the reins, showing true ownership by utilising your diverse design expertise and excellent management skills to deliver work of the highest calibre.
Making the most of your strategic mindset and conceptual eye, you’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft – able to comfortably brief and lead projects, proactively offer creative input and knowledge and ensure deadlines are met.
Always ready to lend a helping hand, you’ll collaborate successfully with internal teams and external clients too – looking to build and maintain effective relationships with everyone who crosses your path.
What We’re Looking For
An inspiring and motivating leader, you’ll have real energy to bring to the table – you’re someone who knows exactly how to get people on board with your big ideas.
Ideally, you’ll have a background working on B2B projects, and we want to know what part you’ve played in a project’s success. You’re absolutely someone who immerses themselves in creative culture, using your up-to-date insights on the latest trends to inform everything you work on – keeping your designs fresh and innovative.
