The Position
Combining your creative thinking with your design expertise, you’ll deliver work that really packs a punch. Taking the lead on design projects, you’ll find the true heart of a client’s brief plus their challenges too, making sure your approach is versatile and flexible.
You can think on your feet, with the ability to lead, manage, inspire and delegate. You’ll work closely with the team around you, generating plenty of ideas and articulating them expertly, both visually and verbally to design brand identities that exceed expectations.
Lending a hand to whatever comes your way, you’ll construct and pitch client presentations and assist in the translation of strategy to execution. You’ll show real ownership of your projects by actioning feedback, and managing your time like a pro – successfully on top of your own time, calendar and meetings.
What We’re Looking For
A talented Senior Designer with some solid experience behind them and a diverse portfolio that clearly demonstrates the creative vision and thought processes behind your work.
We want to know all about your deep knowledge of branding and your strong understanding of symbolism, typography, color, illustration, iconography and art direction – show us how you use this understanding to craft impressive brand identities and be ready to show off your skillset when it comes to Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Pitch too!
You’ll be dedicated and passionate, always willing to develop thinking and inspire those around you to ensure the agency’s quality of work is consistently exceptional.
